After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are shipped on the specified release date. Manufacturer dates may change. Should there be delays, we will inform you by email.

Can my pre-order change?

Yes. Pre-orders are based on information and delivery quantities from our manufacturers and wholesalers. In some cases, release dates may shift, or the quantities supplied by the manufacturer may be lower than originally confirmed. In exceptional cases, this can lead to partial cancellations or quantity reductions - these decisions are not made by us but result from the delivery quantities of the manufacturer or wholesaler.

Should a product not be delivered or only partially delivered, we will inform you immediately. Payments already made for unavailable items will, of course, be fully refunded.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to help you.
